ABOUT THE ROUNDTABLE

On Thursday 15 May, Great Place to Work and UKG will be co-hosting an exclusive roundtable event to support our clients within the Retail, Hospitality & Leisure sectors to gain a deeper understanding into workplace culture in these vital industries and help you to ‘build a business case for culture’.

Great Place To Work will review employee sentiments and key insights at sector level, benchmarking against other sectors in the UK, and discuss how we can collectively foster change to boost employee wellbeing and feelings of trust and satisfaction across these industries.

UKG will share some of the results from their 2024 Industry Outlook survey which show that economic pressures and talent gaps have created a multi-dimensional crisis in various sectors, including retail, hospitality & leisure.

Then together we will engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions on how we can collectively help ensure every workplace in the sector is a great place to work for all.
